The main objective of this project is to develop an embedded system which will track the sun for maximizing the energy generated from solar panel.
Conventional energy sources are becoming very important sources of energy, we have to use these energy sources very efficiently. In this work we are going to develop embedded system which will sense the sun direction and move the solar panel using servo motor to the sun direction so that the energy generated by the panel will be maximum.
In this work we use microcontroller, key pad and LCD display to give any other commands. These solar panels are very much useful for onboard satellite applications. DSP is used to control the motors, so that the solar panel will be stabilized.
